Information on the processing of personal data
Pursuant to Article 13 of the European Regulation No. 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter “GDPR”), DreamIt would like to inform you about how your personal data will be processed.
Data Controller
The Data Controller is Silvia Vietri P.IVA IT VTRSLV69S55F205B Reg. Imp. Milan Nr. MI-1764518 (hereinafter, “SV” or “Data Controller”).
Purposes of the processing
Your contact information (first name, last name, telephone, e-mail address, role) will be used by SV to send you invitations to events, press releases, newsletters, commercial communications or proposals, partnership projects, sponsorships, etc. via automated contact tools, including e-mail, Whatsapp, Social Network or traditional tools such as paper mail or phone calls with operator.
Legal basis
The legal basis of the processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in view of the interest you have expressed with respect to our activities as a result of accreditation to events, face-to-face meetings, business card exchanges, past collaborations etc.
Period of data retention
Data will be retained until you object to receiving communications from SV in the manner outlined below.
Persons authorized to process
Your personal data will be processed by employees and/or associates of SV who have received appropriate operational instructions, and who have been expressly authorized for processing by SV and bound to confidentiality.
Categories of data recipients
In addition, the data may be processed by additional parties acting as Data Controllers or designated by SV as Data Processors. These subjects, by way of example, provide SV with performances or services instrumental to the purpose indicated in this information notice, such as: Communication Agencies, Event Organizers, Advertising Agencies, Media Centers, Advertising Dealers, Publishers, Press Offices etc.
Rights of the data subject
You, as a data subject, may request from the Data Controller access to the data concerning you, their deletion, the rectification of inaccurate data, the integration of incomplete data, the restriction of processing in the cases provided for by Article 18 GDPR, as well as the opposition ex art. 21.1 GDPR, for reasons related to your particular situation, in the cases of processing based on the legitimate interest of the Data Controller.
At any time, you may object to the processing for direct marketing purposes under Art. 21.2 GDPR, and, therefore, to receiving communications from SV, by clicking on the appropriate unsubscribein link at the bottom of each email. In that case, your data will no longer be processed for that purpose.
In any case, to exercise all your rights as a data subject, you may contact the Data Controller by sending a written communication to the above address or an email to privacy@dreamit.it.
At any time, the data subject may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (Art. 77 GDPR), as well as take appropriate legal action (Art. 79 GDPR).
